Gunfire Reported Outside Rihanna’s Beverly Hills Home; Suspect Arrested

A woman has been taken into custody after gunfire was reported outside the Beverly Hills home of global superstar Rihanna, authorities confirmed Sunday. Police said the singer was inside the residence at the time of the incident but was not injured.
The Los Angeles Police Department said the shooting occurred Sunday afternoon, prompting a swift police response in one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive neighborhoods.
Timeline of the Incident
According to police reports, emergency calls were received at approximately 1:21 p.m. local time on March 8, 2026.
Authorities said the suspect — a woman believed to be in her 30s — arrived in a vehicle outside the property’s main gate. Witnesses and dispatch audio indicated the car may have been a white Tesla.
Investigators say the suspect allegedly fired multiple rounds toward the property from inside the vehicle. Early reports suggested seven shots, though later updates indicated approximately 10 rounds may have been discharged.
At least one bullet struck an exterior wall of the residence, according to investigators. Officers recovered several shell casings near the entrance of the property during the initial sweep of the area.
The suspect then fled the scene, driving south toward Coldwater Canyon Drive.
Suspect Arrested After Police Search
LAPD units quickly launched a search using patrol vehicles and aerial support. Authorities located the suspect roughly eight miles (about 12 kilometers) from the scene.
The woman was taken into custody without incident. Police have not yet released her name or disclosed a possible motive.
Investigators are continuing to examine the vehicle and weapon involved in the shooting.

A law enforcement source confirmed that Rihanna — whose birth name is Robyn Fenty — was inside the home when the gunfire occurred. It has not been confirmed whether her partner A$AP Rocky or their children were also present.
